Ingredients
- 18 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (1 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 pkg (8oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup or Sour Cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 pkg (8sq each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (12sq), divided
- 1/2 cup whipping cream

Step 1
1. HEAT oven to 350°F. MIX crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.
2. BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended. Chop 8 chocolate squares; stir into batter. Pour over crust.
3. BAKE 45-50 mins or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool completely.
4. MEANWHILE, bring cream just to simmer in small saucepan on low heat. Chop remaining chocolate squares. Remove pan from heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted. Cool slightly.
5. POUR chocolate over cheesecake. Refrigerate 3 hours. Remove rim of pan before serving cheesecake.
