Ingredients
- 1 C. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- Dash of tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. steak sauce
- 1 # beef, sliced very, very thin.

Step 1
The secret to cutting thin beef is to slice it when slightly frozen. Mix the ingredients to make the marinade. Let the strips of beef rest in the marinade overnight in refrigerator. Place the strips on a cookie sheet and place in 150-200o over for 8 hours.
