Ingredients
- 5 Tb butter
- 2 Tb honey
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- Baking powder/soda as appropriate (recipe calls for self rising flour which I will not use)
- 122 cup ground almonds
- Pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Put honey butter & rosemary in pan over lowest possible heat.heat gently swirling occasionally. Remove from heat & let infuse for 15 min.
Combine eggs & sugar w/ elec mixer until pale & mousse like (approx 10 min.) .
Sift flour baking powder/soda, almonds, & salt into bowl. Add 1/2 melted butter mix (remove rosemary), and 1/2 flour mix to beaten eggs, fold in gently but quickly. Repeat w/ remaining half . Fill Madeline pansv& bake 400 degrees forb8-10 min. Cool in pan for couple min the remove regressed & flour & bake rest of batter.
