- 1cup1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
- 2 1/4cups2 1/4 cups unbleached white bread flour
- 3/4cup3/4 cup rye flour
- 2 1/2tablespoons2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/4teaspoons1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon stone ground corn meal
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Step 1
Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Basic bread cycle, and start machine. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
