Ingredients
- Crumble topping:
- 1 Tb soft butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- Baking powder/ soda (as needed to substitute for self rising flour)
- 1/3 cornmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder (in addition to the above)
- Lemon zest
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 3/4 cup black currant jam
- 1 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup demara sugar
- 5 Tb chilled butter cubed
- 3/4 cup flour

Step 1
Cake:
Put all ingredients in bowl except jam & raspberries & mix. Spoon batter into prepared springform pan. Stir jam & spoon over top of the batter. Swirl over top.top w/ part of crumbs then raspberries then remainder of crumbs.
Crumbs:
Chop nuts. Mix sugar, butter & flour until crumbly. Add 1 Tb cold water & beat again until crumbs. Add nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-55 min.
