Desserts: Mom's Fudge and Jerry Loflin's Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 5 cups sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 large cup of milk (a can of milk)
- 1 jar marshmallow whip
- 2 packages Nestle's chocolate drops or 1 12oz package if chips
- 2 T vanilla
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- Jerry Loflin
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 squares chocolate - chipped
- 2/3 cup cream, milk or water
- 2 T light corn syrup
- 2 T butter
- Few grains salt
- 1 t vanilla extract
- Fudge - Radarange
- 1 box 10 sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Pour first 3 ingredients into a pan
When starts to boil, stir and time 8 minutes
Take off stove and add next 4 ingredients
Stir a little and pour in pans
Cut when cold
Jerry Loflin
Place sugar, chips, liquid, corn syrup, butter and salt in pan and stir until dissolved
Cover til boiling point is reached
Cook without stirring until temperature is 240 degrees or soft ball stage
Add vanilla, cool to lukewarm (110 degrees)
Beat until creamy and mixture loses gloss
Pour into greased pan and mark into squares (If too stiff, knead or add a few drops of cream)
Fudge - Radarange
Butter 1 quart utility dish
Place sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a bowl
Cook in Radarange for 2 minutes
Stir to thoroughly mix and melt sugar
Add vanilla and pecan and blend
Pour into dish and spread evenly
May freeze for 20 minutes to set
