- 5tablespoons5 tablespoons dry buttermilk
- 1 1/2tablespoons1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1large1 large egg
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups white bread flour
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2cup1/2 cup rolled (old-fashioned) oats
- 1 1/2tablespoons1 1/2 tablespoons gluten
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 1/2teaspoons1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon dried orange peel
- 1/3cup1/3 cup sunflower seeds, raw unsalted
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Step 1
Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order
suggested by the manufacturer. Select Basic
bread cycle and start machine.
Makes one (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
