Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3/4 tsp yeast (active dry)
  • 1 tsp extra fine salt
  • 1 3/4 cup cubed Gruyere cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups manzania olives, sliced
  • 1 1/3-1 1/2 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Stir cheese & olives into dry ingredients. Mix in water. Let rise until doubled approx 12-18 hours in covered bowl. Turn out dough onto well floured surface. Turn a couple times w/ bench knife. Put folded side down let rise covered 2 hours. Preheat pot w/ knob removed in preheated oven at 475 degrees for 15 min.. Loosen dough & plop. In pot. Put in 475 degree oven uncovered for 25 min. Then cover & bake 15 more min.
