- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 semi-sweet chocol

Step 1
Mix all except chocolate chips, in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, whislking until lumps dissolve. Remove from heat, add 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate melts. Let cool for 5 minutes, then pour ice cubes into ice cube tray and freez.
