Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 3.4 oz pkg Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
- 1 3/4 C Water
- 3 Egg Whites
- 3/4 C Milk
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Extract
- 1 (1 oz ) Pkg Instant Sugar-free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 (8 oz) container Frozen light whipped topping, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Oven at 350 . Spray a jelly roll pan.
Mi together cake and pudding mix. Pour in water and egg whites. Beat on low speed for 1 min. Increase speed to high and beat for 4 mins. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 mins. or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool.
In a bowl combine milk, lemon extract and vanilla pudding mix. Beat on low for 2 mins. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over rolled cake. Store cake in frig.
