Ingredients
- For Sauce:
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and diced 1/2" thick
- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. EVOO
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 tsp. siracha
- 3/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. finely minced fresh mint (didn't have)
- Lime Juice or Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon (adjust to your taste)I used 2 key limes, add the zest next time too

Preparation
Step 1
*Rinse* the tofu. *Press* the tofu between paper towels under some weight for an hour or two.
*Cube* the Tofu and add the salt and cornstarch and mix well.
*Mix* all the ingredients for sauce and set aside.
*Heat* the wok and add 1/2 tablespoon of oil and shallow fry half the Tofu till all the sides are slight brown in color. *Add* the remaining oil and repeat.
*Add* the onion to the oil and toss for 30 seconds or so. *Add* the sauce and mix well. *Add* the tofu and toss to coat and serve hot.
