Ingredients
- 1 gal cider - clear canned - not fresh
- 4 2" cinnamon sticks
- 2 tsp allspice
- 24 whole cloves
- Brown sugar to taste try 1/4 C at a time

Step 1
-Place spices into a cheesecloth square or coffee filter tied with string
- Simmer cider and spices 10 min. or longer if desired
- Remove spices and add desired brown sugar
- Serve warm or cold
