Ingredients

  • 3 or 4

    eggs

  • ¾

    c. sugar

  • 2½ to 3

    c. milk

  • ½

    t. vanilla

  • dash nutmeg (for topping)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except nutmeg. Pour onto the pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg over egg mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Then reduce to 350 degrees for abt 1 hr or till the center of pie becomes solid.
