  • Cherry Tomatoes {about 2 cups, any variety}
  • Peppers, any colors, cleaned and sliced thinly
  • Kosher Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil {about 1/4 cup}
  • 2-3 tablespoons Nakano Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar
