Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts
- 1 16 oz. can bean sprouts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped almonds

Step 1
Spread chicken in greased casserole. Sprinkle lemon juice and soy sauce over chicken. Mix remaining ingredients together; spread on chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 min.
