- 1 cup plus 2 T peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 T milk
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup sugar for rolling dough balls

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheets with parchment paper
In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter and butter
Once combined, beat in white sugar and brown sugar until well blended
Beat in egg, milk and vanilla
In a large bowl wisk together the flour, baking powder and salt
Gently add to creamed moisture until almost combined
Fold in chocolate and peanut butter chips
Chill dough for at least 15 minutes
Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls
Gently roll dough balls into sugar and place balls on parchment paper lined baking sheets
Carefully press each ball with fork lines to create a. Riss cross pattern
Bake 8-10 minutes for 10 minutes in a preheated oven or til edges are lightly browned
Cool 5-10 minutes and transfer to wire rack
