Ingredients
- 2 quarts chicken stock
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen chopped carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 2 tblsp parsley
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- salt & pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Bring chicken stock to a boil.
Place noodles in boiling stock & cook until almost tender.
Place celery, carrots & chicken into mixture.
Reduce heat.
When celery is tender add parsley, salt & pepper.
Serve hot
