Ingredients
- 2 pkg jello any flavor (may be sugar-free)
- 12 oz yogurt (may use sugar-free or fat-free) same flavor as jello
- 10 oz baked angel food cake, torn into pieces
- Fruit to match or compliment jello;/yogurt flavors_

Preparation
Step 1
- Dissolve jello in 2 C boiling water; add ice to quick chill and stir until egg white consistency; remove undissolved ice cubes and chill until slightly thick.
- Remove from refirgerator and beat jello until frothy; mix in yogurt
- Fold in angel cake pieces and fruit, if using.
- Pour into a 9 X 13 pan and chill
