Ingredients
- 1 pkg beef short ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 to 1 cup brown sugar
- 5 whole jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Put the ribs and the jalapenos in the slow cooker.
In a medium size bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water and spices together. Pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 hours.
Remove jalapenos, ensure ribs are covered in sauce on both sides and serve.
