  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Italian Dressing
  • A drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1-2 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • apricot preserves for serving

Step 1

In a gallon ziplock bag combine dressing, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add pork and refrigerate overnight.

Grill until internal temperature reaches 150. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with apricot preserves.
