Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low sodium/lite soy sauce, optional Tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2- 1 cup of vegetable or chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and caramelized. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
