Creamy Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 c fat free plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lime, zest and juice
• 2 tsp red wine vinegar
• 1/2 c cilantro, lightly packed
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

Add ingredients to blender jar in order listed and secure lid. Blend and serve over any combination of mixed greens.
