- 6 Tbsp Margarine
- 3 Onions, sliced into rings
- 1 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- Blanched almonds, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to broil.
Sprinkle chicken with paprika and garlic powder.
Broil 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer chicken to an oven-proof pan.
Preheat oven to 350.
Heat margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and saute 15 minutes or until translucent. Reduce heat to low. Add brown sugar and soy sauce, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
