Ingredients
- 2 racks pork baby back ribs (about 4 1/2 lbs)
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- 3/4 cup cherry preserves
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces and sprinkle with pepper.
Place in a 5-6 qt slow cooker.
Pour remaining ingredients over ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Jake likes a little less sauce, maybe a little bit less cherry preserve. Or only cook for 6 hours?
