Green Chicken Chili

Doesn't look great in this picture but it's VERY good. A tad spicy and very low-cal. Hope you try it!

Ingredients
- 8 cups fat free/low sodium chicken broth
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 lbs chicken breast (no skin)
- 2 pkg Knorr Roasted Chicken Gravy Mix (or any powdered chicken gravy mix)
- 1 pkg McCormick’s White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
- 3 (7 oz) cans of chopped green chilis
- 6 gloves garlic, mined
- 1/2 c fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 jalapenos seeded, chopped
- 1 (28 oz) can white hominy, drained
- 1 tomato diced
- Sour cream

Step 1
Add broth, onion and chicken to stock pan. Boil til chicken is done, approx. 20 minutes
Remove chicken, set aside
Whisk in gravy, add chilies, garlic, cilantro, cumin, jalapenos, hominy. Bring to boil.
Reduce to low.
Meanwhile, shred chicken – add back into pot
Cover/simmer 40 minutes
To each bowl, add chopped tomatoes and 2 T of s/c
