Ingredients
- 21 oz of 93% ground beef
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1 tsp basil leaves
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp fennel
- 1 1/2 cups italian diced tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine all but tomatoes. Form into balls and bake 20 minutes or until done. Measure out 5 oz cooked meatballs and add 1/2 cup italian diced tomatoes in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
