  • 4 ounces organic basil, de-stemmed
  • 3 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 6 cloves organic garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt {or kelp flakes}
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Step 1

Pulse the basil, nutritional yeast, garlic, and salt in a food processor until the basil leaves are finely chopped. Slowly stream in olive oil and continue blending until pesto is smooth.

Refrigerate or freeze in a Mason jar.
