Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground veal
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- - If you can ask your butcher to grind it together twice for you. The finer meat will make a more tender meatball
- 4 cloves garlic
- bread crumbs
- salt & pepper to taste
- parsley (dried or fresh)
- 6 eggs

Step 1
Put meat in large bowl. Add eggs, garlic, salt and pepper, and parsley. Mix well. Gradually add bread crumbs until mixture becomes thick enough to form balls.
For mixture into 1 inch size balls. Cook meatballs using one of the three below methods (I bake mine).
Place a wire rack on a jelly roll pan and bake meatballs (the rack allows the fat to drip off)
Pan fry meatballs turning frequently until brown on all sides.
Heat deep fryer to 350 and fry meatballs until brown.
Put meatballs into tomato sauce and simmer for 30-45 minutes. (homemade or jarred).
