Ingredients
- For an 8" pan
- 1 1/3 cups self-rising Tenda Bake White Corn Meal Mix
- Mix with low fat buttermilk, if using whole buttermilk, thin with water
- For a 10" pan
- 2 cups of self-rising Tenda Bake White Corn Meal Mix
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk

Preparation
Step 1
Using a seasoned black iron skillet!
Turn oven on to 450 degrees
Take skillet, Pam it and add 1/2 cup oil for an 8" pan and 2/3 cup oil for a 10" pan and put in oven as it preheats
When oven is heated, take pan out and add the cornmeal mix
Bake 25 minutes for the 8" pan and 25-30 for the 10" pan
