3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
2 c. white chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla powder

Step 1

Put 1-1/2 c. dry milk and 1 c. chips in blender, whirl until finely ground. Pour into bag or jar, repeat with remaining half of milk and chips. Cover tightly. For each serving of hot chocolate, place 3 heaping tbsp. mix into a mug; add ¾ c. boiling water.
