Ingredients
- Topping:
- 4 to 5 lb. pork loin roast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
Mix ingredients and rub thoroughly into the roast. Roast at 325 degrees, uncovered, for 4 to 5 hours, until tender.
After meat has baked 1 1/2 hours, spread generously with topping and continue to roast.
