Cookies: Kat's Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 cups Swans Down Cake Flour
• 2 t baking soda
• 1 t vanilla
• 12 oz Chocolate chips or raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cream butter, add brown sugar, beat 1 minute
Add white sugar, beat one minute
Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition
Slowly add flour and baking soda, then vanilla
Beat well for three minutes
With wooden spoon fold I chocolate chips or raisins
Drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 12 minutes
