  • 3 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour or up to 1 cup
  • 2 t baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk or up to 1 cup
  • Mother's Favorite Peach Custard Pie
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2-3 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 9 " pie shell
  • Marni Carpenter's Peach Kuchen
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup cream (1/2 pint)
  • Peaches-five fresh or 2 cans of low sugar type
  • Easy Peach Pie
  • 9 " unbaked pastry crust
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 T cinnamon
  • 7 medium fresh peaches, quartered
  • 4 T flour
  • 2 1/2 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mom's Cobbler & PEACH COBBLER
Mix peaches with 1 cup sugar
Melt butter in dish
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk
In dish, with melted butter, pour batter
Do not stir
Add peaches
Do not stir
BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN 350-375 DEGREES FOR 30-40 MINUTES. WATCH FOR BROWNED TOPPING AND BUBBLY SIDES

Mother's Favorite Peach Custard Pie
Slice peaches into unbaked pie shell
Melt butter, set aside to cool
Mix sugar and flour
Add all other ingredients, including melted butter and pour over peaches
Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 50-60 minutes
Best served warm

5-6 servings

Marni's Carpenter's Peach Kuchen

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and 2 T sugar
Work in batter
Pat into pie pan (over thickly with peaches)
Sprinkle with rest of sugar and cinnamon
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
Beat egg yolks in cream with a fork
Pour over the pie and continue to bake for 30 minutes

Easy Peach Pie
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon
Sprinkle half of mixture over crust
Arrange peaches in single layer over mixture
Dot with butter
Top with remaining mixture
Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until juices thicken and crust is light brown
