Ingredients
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (or all natural syrup, honey, or agave nectar)
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute of choice (or 1 tbs stevia or 6 packets stevia)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 box mini fillo shells (I used Athens brand, which comes with 15 pre-baked shells)

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, and place fillo shells on prepared baking sheet.
2. Mix together egg beaters, syrup, and sugar substitute in a small bowl. Pour into a measuring cup with a spout to make filling tart shells easy.
3. Divide pecans evenly among fillo shells. Pour filling into cups over pecans, just until they are full. Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until pies are lightly golden brown. Enjoy!
