Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
- 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 2 tab. diced piminentos, drained
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/4 tsp. lemon peel, grated
- 2 tab. vegetable oil
- Lemon Dill Sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tab. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Tuna, bread crumbs, onion, egg, milk and lemon peel. Shape tuna into eight 4 inch patties. Lightly fry patties in 2 tab. vegetable oil until golden brown. Do this on both sides! About 3 mintues per side!
Combine broth, lemon juice and dill weed in a small pan. Heat.
Serve over grated steamed carrots and zucchini. Garnish with a lemon slice. 2 patties per serving.
