Ingredients

• 4 Tablespoons Challenge Brand Salted Butter, slightly softened
• 4 oz Challenge Brand Cream Cheese, slightly softened
• 1/8 cup key lime juice
• 2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
• 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed into crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

In the bowl of your mixer, combine butter and cream cheese. Beat on medium low until smooth. Add key lime juice and beat on medium low until smooth. With the mixer on low, slowly add cream cheese, beating until just barely mixed in. Increase speed to high and beat for one minute, until frosting is light and fluffy.
Spoon or pipe (using a jumbo piping tip) frosting into small plastic cups and top with graham cracker crumbs.
