Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup boiling water
• 1/4 Cup butter
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1/4 Cup cocoa
• 1 1/2 Cups flour
• 1/2 Tsp salt
• 1/2 Tsp baking powder
• 1/2 Tsp baking soda
• 1 Egg, beaten
• 1/2 Cup sour cream
• 1/2 Tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Add water to 1st 4 ingredients
Beat until sugar dissolves
In another bowl combine egg, sour cream and vanilla
Add dry ingredients alternately with egg mixture to dry ingredients
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Frost with buttercream frosting
