Ingredients
- 7 cups spinach, stems removed
- 1/2 can unsweetened oranges in juice, about 1/2 c
- 3/4 oz fat free feta
- 1/4 c red onion slivers
- 3 T light balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/2 lb grilled chicken breast, cut
Preparation
Step 1
In large salad bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Pour vinaigarette over mixture and toss. Divide salad on two plates. Top each with half of the chicken. 240 calories 2 servings
