Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, salted, bring to room temp
  • 1/3 cup vegan butter, (earth balance), bring to room temp
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • drops of vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp non-dairy milk

Step 1

In a small bowl, add the peanut butter, vegan butter, vanilla and non-dairy milk. Whisk until smooth. Add the confectioner's sugar and whisk until fully incorporated. You can add additional sugar if you want to thicken the frosting up a little bit, but don't add too much.
