Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 6 cups romaine lettuce - washed and cut
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, roughtly chopped (toast in oven @ 350 for 3-5 minutes
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tart apple
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tlbs parsley flakes

Step 1
Whisk or blend dressing ingredients together. Dress salad mixture to taste. You can make the dressing ahead of time and keep in in the refrigerator. I think the colder the dresing the better the salad tastes.
