Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 12 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttered bread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups medium noodles (cooked)
  • 1 can green peas, drained

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Brown meat, add onions and cook until onions are tender (but not brown). Add next ingredients. Mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
