Cookies: Rebecca Pressly's Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 sticks butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 t salt
• 1 t baking soda
• 3 cups oatmeal
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 bag milk chocolate morsels
• May add 1 cup raisins
