Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chipped fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 lb. Chinese barbecued pork
- 4 Chinese mushrooms, soaked in warm water 20 minutes and sliced
- 2 oz. carrot, sliced and parboiled
- 1/2 lb. broccoli florets, blanched
- 2 oz. bamboo shoots, sliced
- 1/4 lb. bean sprouts, roots removed
- 1/2 stock
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch blended with 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 lb. soft-fried noodled

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in wok. Add ginger, garlic, pork and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add vegetables, stock, soy sauce, sherry and sugar. Simmer covered 2 minutes
Stir in combined cornstarch and water to thicken. Serve over hot noddles.
