Ingredients
- 2 freezer plastic bags
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 6 tablespoons kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
Measure out ingredients to vanilla, into plastic bag. Squeeze the air out of the bag and seal it. In the other bag, place the ice and salt. Put the milk bag in the ice bag, seal the ice bag and shake! Continue to shake the bag for five to ten minutes, until the milk becomes solid. Remove the milk bag from the ice bag and wipe off any salt, then open and enjoy!
