Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can minced ham, drained
- 1 can (4oz) green chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 round loaf Hawaiian or sourdough bread

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, ham, chilies, onion and spinach.
2. Cut slice from top of bread loaf. Carefully remove center of loaf, leaving 1” shell to form a bowl. Reserve center pieces. Spoon cheese mixture into bread bowl. Wrap in foil and place on baking sheet.
3. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Cut reserved bread pieces and top slice into chunks and use for dipping.
