Ingredients
- 2 cups black beans
- 1 28oz can crushed tomatoes in puree
- 1 28oz can tomato sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 red onions
- whole bulb garlic
- 6 ears corn
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 3 sweet peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 dried ancho chiles
- 1 full ghost pepper
- red wine vinegar (aprox. 1/2 cup)
- Worschestire sauce - about 5 dashes
- Cumin
- chili powder
- paprika
- 3 bay leaves
- lots of salt
- black and white pepper
