Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped peans
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 Tblsp milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven 325 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13" baking pan.
2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil & sour cream. Pour into prepared pan.
3. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over over cake then swirl with a knife. Don't over swirl.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
5. Whisk together powdered sugar & milk. Pour over slightly cooled cake.
