Ingredients
- 1.1 /4 C Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 C Flour
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2/3 C Shortening
- Tbsp of Cold Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl stir together
both flours, salt and cinnamon.
Using a pastry blender, cut in
the shortening until pea size.
Sprinkle 1 Tbsp cold water over
part of the mixture; gently toss
with a fork. Push moistened dough
to the side of the bowl. Repeat,
using 1 Tbsp cold water at a time,
until all the dough is moistened
(6-8) Tbsp water total
