Ingredients
- 2 graham crackers, crumbled
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 dash salt
- Directions
- ●Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a small baking pan.
- ●In a small bowl, mix together crumbled graham crackers, brown sugar and cinnamon\
- ●Combine melted butter and vanilla, then stir into crumb mixture.
- ●Spread evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle white sugar and salt over the top.
- ●Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Footnotes
- If you want to put this on chocolate ice cream, try using orange or mint extract rather than vanilla - also, when using chocolate ice cream, it may be better to omit the cinnamon.
