- 1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of onion soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 20 ounce package refrigerated red-skinned potato wedges
- 1 16 ounce package (32) frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 16 ounce package frozen stir-fry vegetables (any combination)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in potatoes, meatballs, and frozen vegetables.
Transfer mixture to an ungreased 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Bake, covered, about 1 hour or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
